What if I dislike a certain scent?+
Use the preference form to tell us which notes, families or fragrances to avoid. We use that information when selecting your pair.
What does full-size mean?+
A standard retail-size bottle sold by that fragrance house—not a sample, vial, decant or travel spray. Bottle volume varies by brand and fragrance.
Can I return a scent because it is not my favorite?+
Preference-based returns are not accepted after curation begins. Tell us what to avoid before ordering. Damaged, missing, incorrect or authenticity-concern items are reviewed under our issue-resolution policy.
How do you handle authenticity concerns?+
Every bottle is selected as genuine, new inventory and inspected before packing. If you have a concern, contact support within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review it.
