1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, gift message, recipient preferences, customer-support messages and order details. Lucky Drop preferences may include a first name or nickname, birth date, zodiac sign, color and sensory preferences, and the intention selected for the box. Fragrance Drop preferences may include scent direction, fragrances already owned, and notes or styles to avoid. XPAY and its card-processing partners collect payment credentials during checkout; TadaDrop does not receive or store complete card numbers.
2. Information collected automatically
Hosting and security services may receive device and browser information, IP address, approximate location and technical request records needed to deliver and protect the site. If you allow optional measurement in our privacy notice, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok may receive page, referral, campaign, browser and shopping-event information to help us understand site and advertising performance.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site; personalize, process and fulfill orders; provide tracking and customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and send requested service or marketing messages. Lucky Drop preferences are used to curate the presentation and product mix, not to perform a reading, predict an outcome or make automated decisions about a person. We do not sell personal information for money.
4. When we share information
We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that support hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, email, messaging, analytics, packaging, fulfillment, shipping, professional advice and legal compliance. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your phone number, message and related communication metadata are processed by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. Do not send payment card details through a support message. We may also disclose information in connection with a business transaction or valid legal request.
5. Service-provider locations
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the place from which you visit the site. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. We use service-provider terms and other appropriate safeguards where required.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We apply administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies, attribution and choices
Essential browser storage keeps your bag and privacy choice working. Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok measurement, including advertising-attribution cookies and campaign storage, load only after you choose to allow optional measurement. Campaign parameters may include the source, medium, campaign labels and advertising click identifiers in a link. You can reopen Privacy choices at any time and switch to Essential only; the page reloads so optional tags stop loading. Marketing messages can be stopped using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. We may verify identity before completing a request, and lawful exceptions may apply.
9. Children
The storefront is intended for adults purchasing products. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
