1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of tadadrop.com and purchases from TadaDrop. By using the site, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that information you provide is accurate. Products intended for children must be selected and purchased by an adult.
2. Curated surprise products
A TadaDrop is a curated mystery product. Quick Buy gives our curator broad creative freedom; Personalize uses the recipient, selected direction, edition and submitted preferences as guidance. Exact products, brands, models, colors and combinations are intentionally not disclosed and may vary between boxes. Images and examples illustrate a curation level or style, not a promise of a specific item.
3. Editions, product count and condition
Lucky Drop Focused editions are designed around 2–4 new, unused, substantial pieces; Lucky Drop Signature editions are designed around 4–6. Fragrance Drop and Reserve Fragrance Drop each contain exactly two authentic, brand-new, full-size fragrance bottles. We do not use customer returns or mystery-condition products.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Lucky Drop offers $118 Focused and $168 Signature editions. Fragrance Drop currently offers $88 Discovery and $118 Reserve. Standard shipping to an eligible contiguous U.S. address is included. The full amount submitted for approval is displayed before you confirm payment with your selected payment provider.
5. Orders and payment
Adding a product to a bag does not reserve inventory. An order becomes accepted only after payment authorization and an order confirmation from TadaDrop. We may decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, unsupported addresses, policy violations or legal restrictions. Any canceled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Quick Buy and Personalize
Quick Buy does not collect a preference brief and authorizes TadaDrop to curate within the selected product and edition. Personalize collects guidance rather than guarantees. Customers using Personalize are responsible for submitting accurate age, recipient and preference information. We may avoid a requested feature when it conflicts with safety, availability or the selected direction.
7. Lucky Drop
Lucky Drop is an intention-inspired gift experience that may be purchased as a complete curator-led surprise or personalized with a brief. When provided, symbols, colors and personal signals guide creative curation. TadaDrop does not guarantee that a box or item will change luck, cause an event or produce a particular medical, financial, legal, relationship or career outcome.
8. Product care
Customers must follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, storage guidance and care information supplied with products.
9. Shipping, cancellations and claims
Processing, shipping, cancellation and issue-resolution rules are described in the Shipping & Returns policy and are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and carrier arrangements.
10. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security; scrape or copy substantial content; use false identities or payment information; or purchase products for unlawful resale or prohibited purposes.
11. Intellectual property
TadaDrop names, logos, packaging, photographs, copy and site design are owned by or licensed to TadaDrop and may not be reproduced or used to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. TadaDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Any limitation does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms applying to an accepted order remain those presented when the order was placed unless a change is required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
14. Promotional offers
The First Edition Mystery Ta-Da Extra is available to new customers on a first eligible order only while promotional quantities last. One complimentary extra is permitted per customer, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or returned separately, and may not be combined with an inconsistent offer. Unlocking the offer does not reserve inventory before an order is completed.
