Where we ship

At launch, we ship to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is included. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not currently supported.

Timing

Allow 2–5 business days for curation and packing, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

We send a shipment confirmation with carrier tracking when the parcel leaves our facility. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to update after the label is created.

Cancellations

Request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. Once curation, packing or shipment begins, an order cannot be canceled or rerouted. We cannot guarantee that every request will be received in time.

Surprise-box returns

Because each Drop is curated and packed around selected preferences, dislike of the surprise, color or brand is not a return reason. Items must not be sent back without written authorization.

Damage or mistakes

Email support@tadadrop.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the box, shipping label and affected item. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.

Missing deliveries

If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us within 3 calendar days. We will help open a carrier investigation; outcomes depend on the investigation result.

Wrong address

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned, refused or requires reshipment because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
